The kenya devolution programme under timiza ugatuzi has today launched the devolution CSO report.Today madam vundi who represented the chief guest ms teresia mbaika pledged that going forward the government will be challenging the Kenya CSO working groups as well as common mwananchi in implementing core documents that benefit the
people,she said that the challenges in the report are being looked at by the government and emphasized transparency and accountability should follow on the ground through the Kenya devolution support program.
The report dubbed devolution @10 is launched to make devolution more
effective in Kenya,with particular emphasis on improved service delivery and accountability.This was successful through efforts by CSO ‘s aiming to ensure that networks mobilise and support meaningful engagement with county governments in the county level,policy making, planning and budgeting.
