The international Arbitration and ADR conference was held this week in Nairobi, Kenya.
The event brought together law practitioners and heavy hitters like Kenyan Chief Justice Martha Koome and Attorney General Of Malawi Thabo Chakaka Nyirenda who graced the event and gave a heart warming speech addressing lawyers and arbitrators from different parts of the world.
Mr. Nyirenda gave the main address on the importance of updating arbitration laws for commercial development among other topics.He also urged them to embrace change and technology in the sector emphasizing on the importance of evolution in any industry.
He also addressed different challenges lawyers and arbitrators face on a daily basis and urged them to stay on course and never give up.
The conference which is held annually and focuses on shaping the future of law and arbitration in the world and is often held in Nairobi Kenya.
