Amb Bitok reflects on starting life selling eggs by the roadside just to make ends meet.
Amb Julius Bitok today met up with egg sellers and this made him reflect on where he started life.
“I remember selling eggs by the roadside everyday just to make ends meet.It was a tough life and I understand the true meaning of hustler because I was one of them.”
He added,”I grew up in poverty so I know the meaning of not having enough that is why I stand with the poor and less fortunate because I have been there before and I understand.”
This comes a day after Amb Bitok spent time with the less fortunate in Uasingishu county.
