Zakat Kenya has today fulfilled one of its obligations by distributing foods stuffs to vulnerable Muslims families across nairobi.Some of foodstuff include edible oil,flour,grains,sugar,tea leaves,and salt.During the flagging off ceremony at the zakat warehouses along rangwe road,sheikh abdulatiff sheikh who is the patron emphasized that they are flagging off the first consignment of 15 trucks to various areas in Nairobi to help the vulnerable Muslim families break their fast during the month of Ramadhan.Also on the same note Ali Khalid who is the zakat Kenya distribution manager said they are targeting 5000 families and they had put measures in place such as having key focal point people such as volunteers in the ground to ensure the food was received today.
